Gold prices plunged by ₹3,900 to ₹1,25,800 per 10 grams in Delhi on Tuesday, according to the All India Sarafa Association. Silver also tumbled by ₹7,800 to ₹1,56,000 per kilogram. In the overseas markets, spot gold extended its losing run for the fourth consecutive session, slipping marginally lower at $4,042.32 per ounce.

A suicide bomber killed himself in a premature blast in Pakistan's Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Tuesday. Police said that a motorcycle-borne suicide bomber detonated himself before reaching his target. No other casualties were reported in the incident. The incident comes days after a car blast killed 12 people outside a court in Islamabad.

X (formerly Twitter), ChatGPT, Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Cloudflare went down for several users in India at around 5 pm on Tuesday. According to downdetector.in, maximum user complaints were received for issues with the X feed, at 50%, while 29% users reported issues with X's website. Notably, Cloudflare provides user verification services to several companies.

The toilet called "America" was made by Italian artist Maurizio Cattelan using about 223 pounds of gold. Cattelan is also the artist behind a duct-taped banana that sold for $6.2 million last year.
